Video Tech Computer

The TD computer is our backup computer which can do everything the others can, but doesn't. Its there to record our services and simply act as a backup incase of any issues with other devices. It can also be used to administer the network devices.

Pro Presenter is installed on this computer for any images or videos we may wish to play from TD, however its not recommended since the hardware isnt as fast and powerful as our other computers.

Lightstream is installed on this computer also as a backup link. We don't use this but its there just incase.

H.264 Recorder is how we record every service. (See Image Below ).

The recorder is fed the conf cam feed via Aux 4. It will be a little delayed from live since the recorder is also embedding audio. Once each recording is complete, it automatically gets saved in a OneDrive folder and gets uploaded.

If clicking on the preview button on the recorder doesnt show the Aux 4 output, there may be an issue. The physical recorder itself may need to be re-plugged into USB and power correctly.

If the computer starts to run out of storage, see one of the oversights (Shamrock or Kaigan). One of them will need to clear out the recordings and make sure nothing gets deleted from the server. This normally requires moving the recordings from the sync folder to another folder that isnt sync'ed.
