Comms is pretty simple to setup and use
When the system is first powered on, the 4 channels on the comms rack will need to be selected, then the link button needs to be pressed in order to link all channels together.
The Comms rack is located in case 2. It then outputs audio into case 1. From case 1, it goes through our patch cable through to the bio box and to the stage rack. From the stage rack it then goes to FOH and SM.

Q. No lights are showing on the comms rack
A. Make sure the power switch is turned on. Otherwise check the power cable at the back of the rack, it can sometimes be pulled out by the switcher slide mechanism.
Q. Comms don't seem to be going through to FOH
A. The patch coming from case 2 to case 1 is probably not connected. Double check the connections.
Q. Others can hear me, but I cant hear them
A. Check the volume on your Comms pack, turn it up.
Q. Everyone keeps talking over comms and you cannot hear important calls or make an important call
A. Tell everyone over comms to keep communication to a minmum during important moments.
Q. Someone has left the mic open and you can hear them breathing or singing
A. Press the kill all button, this will close all open mics. Be sure that someone hasnt left it open intentially to make a second call!
Q. Power to Comms is not turning on at all when power switch is turned on
A. Sometimes the power plug behind the comms rack can be accidentally pulled out
