We are a bump in bump out campus. Meaning all of our gear lives on a truck except for on a Sunday when we set it up and pack it down each week. Our rig is deisigned this way and is in road cases on wheels in order to make this a semi easy task.
Step 1: Move road cases into position and open up the front doors and top half of the back of both cases
Step 2: Take the loom cable out of the cupboard, plug power lead into wall Powerpoint and run Loom neatly along the wall over to case 1 and plug in the cables as labelled
Step 3: Take the second loom and second power lead for case 1 from the case to connect the two cases together plugging them in where labelled
Step 4: Set up the Vipronet (Yellow pelican cases) outside the window for the best reception and plug into case 1 where labelled.
Step 5: Power on the road cases and wait for the switcher to start up (Multiview screen will display Multiview) then start the computers (5 Including Living as one).
Step 6: Power on all the displays including projector and projector screen, parents room, Green Room and Pastors Lounge TV's
Step 7: Done. Now the computers will automatically start syncing the new content thats needed for the service, and you can prepare for the service.
