Songwords is operated by a vocalist. They simply patch their KVM box into the green ethernet cable to connect to their computer. Then their audio receiver is patched into the audio patch panel at the back of case 1 for VOX and Click/Cue. They are then able to PAN the left and right channels to get more or less of each channel.
If the Lyrics are not coming up on both fold back screen and main projector as expected, check ProPresenter settings on the Songwords Computer. Stage display needs to be enabled and the output window needs to be OFF.
If some of the font or size is incorrect, simply click on template in the top right hand corder of the affected song, click on hillsong, then select the appropriate template. We use the very top of the screen version.
If a song is missing or incorrect, we need to sync the data base in order for any new content to appear. To do this, open up ProPresenter settings, click on Sync, then click Sync database
