The iPad can be used for many different uses. And can be very convenient.

Microsoft Teams is installed on it and would be the most common thing thats it's used for. In Microsoft teams, we have all our important group chats where we can find out information about the link, any important updates regarding the service etc. We also have direct messages where we can message other team members from Brisbane Central and also our Kids team if they need to put a number up on the screen.
Emails can also be accessed on the iPad. This is handy when typing in the scripture notes as you can have them on a seperate screen. Its also useful for following the preacher as he/she goes through his message so we can keep up and know when to expect the next scripture.
The iPad can also play some of the videos received in the email. So if events ever need to see a video, but all our computers are in use, we are able to show them on the iPad.
YouTube and PCO is also on the iPad, when selecting content for a song, its handy to be able to listen to the song to find its vibes to match the content.
Other things that the iPad can do but you don't need in normal curcumstances are it can remote into and control our computers and access the files saved of each computer and the file server.
